For the safety of the little ones, any product meant for feeding babies must be returned in pristine, unused condition. This means the product should remain sealed in its original plastic, and the packaging must be 100% intact. Given the nature of these products, if there's any indication that the product has been used or if the packaging shows any sign of damage, we will not be able to process your refund. Please ensure utmost care in preserving the original condition if you intend to return it.

If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to our Return Policy for guidance on how to return or exchange your item. Some conditions apply. You are eligible to return an item within 30 calendar days from the date it was delivered. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and in its original packaging. Upon receiving your returned item, we will conduct an inspection and notify you of the receipt. We will then update you on the status of your refund after completing the inspection. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your credit card (or the original payment method). The refund will appear within 10 days, subject to your card issuer's policies. You will have to cover the shipping costs for returns unless the reason is a faulty product.
